Cancellations must be received by September 4, 2018 for a refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 4, 2018. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. If you have registered for Arm TechCon 2018, but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company via your registration portal.
If you paid an earlier registration rate, but your substitution is being made during the time of a higher registration rate, the substitute will need to pay the difference in cost. Substitutions can only be performed on completed registration records that have not been cancelled. If a hotel room has been reserved, the reservation will transfer over during the substitution.
